We are not longer delivering orders personally due a high volume of orders.

We will be offering the option of delivery with Uber.

If you need your order to be delivered you need to pick delivery with Uber. The day of the delivery we will coordinate with you so you can order the Uber of the delivery.

Do you provide delivery services?

Yes, we offer delivery services on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 10 am and 2 pm. You can select your preferred delivery time within this window when placing your order through the Uber app.

How do I schedule a delivery time through the Uber app?

To schedule your delivery time, simply place your order through the Uber app and select your desired delivery time within our designated delivery window. Please note that if you require your order by 2 pm, it must be placed at least one hour prior to the desired delivery time.

Can I track my delivery through the Uber app?

Yes, You can track the status of your delivery in real-time through the Uber app. This allows you to know exactly when your treats will arrive.

What is the delivery fee for Uber delivery?

The delivery fee for Uber delivery is determined by Uber and will be displayed to you during the checkout process on the app. You will pay the rate set by Uber for the delivery service.

What happens if my cake is damaged or lost during delivery?

While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your treats, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during transit. However, we will provide proof of how your cake was delivered to the driver to minimize the risk.

Can I choose to pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes, we offer a pick-up option for customers who prefer to collect their treats directly from our bakery. Simply select the pick-up option when placing your order, and we'll have your treats ready for you at our location.

How can I pay for my delivery?

Payment will be processed through the Uber app at the time of checkout. We do not handle payment for Uber delivery services.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate cancellations or modifications to orders once they have been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.

Are your products safe for cats and dogs?

All our products are made with ingredients of the best quality safe for cats and dogs. 

Our products can be modified to fit the needs of your furry friends, we can adapt our products in case of any allergies or food restrictions.

My pet has dietary restrictions. Can you custom make something for them?

Sure! Our cakes are completely customizable, we can adapt them to any

food restrictions your pet may have.

How do I purchase on your website?

On our website you can find different pages like treats, cakes and bundles.

Once you select the items you'd like to order you'll be redirected to our shipment methods, if you choose home delivery and rush pick up (Less than 72 hours before delivery) additional fees will be applied.

All of our treats take 2-4 days for production (All of our products are made at request)

Once you go through with your order you'll get a confirmation email.

When your order is processed and accepted you'll receive a final confirmation email.

Can I make the payment directly onto your account or through an app?

We accept all credit cards and Apple Pay but we don't take cash.

Can I make a last minute order?

Sorry, but for the time being our products are handmade one by one, which doesn't allow us to take last minute orders. However we can help you create an order with 48 hours of anticipation.
