Yes. We offer a variety of treats made with different proteins and ingredients, including single ingredient and novel protein options. This makes it easier to find an option that may work for pets with certain allergies or food sensitivities.

We offer both freeze dried raw treats and gently cooked freeze dried treats.

Custom cakes are not currently available. As we adapt to our new storefront, we are focusing on our ready to pick up cakes and online cake preorders.

We do not currently offer delivery for cakes or bakery items. Cakes must be picked up at our storefront.

Yes. We ship our packaged treats nationwide within the United States.
Online treat orders are available for shipping only. We do not currently offer local pickup for online treat orders.
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future, so please stay tuned for updates.
If your order arrives with incorrect items or is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items so we can review the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds or replacements may be offered if an item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, details about the issue, and photos when applicable.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor its delivery status.
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to submit an inquiry or claim.
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been transferred to the carrier.

Our in store selection may vary depending on availability, seasonal launches, and limited edition products.
Online treat orders cannot be placed for local pickup, but you are welcome to visit the store to shop the treats currently available.

Availability may vary, especially for cakes, frozen yogurt flavors, seasonal treats, and rotating Cosmic Meals.
Cosmic Meals are available on select weekends in limited quantities while supplies last.
